This was our 3rd trip for afternoon tea at the savoy , our 2nd visit was a disappointment and following my review on trip advisor l was invited to return by the extremely helpful Wian ( assistant manager of food and beverages ) for a complimentary afternoon tea. Our 3 rd visit was a lovely experience and our waiting member of staff ( think it was Emma /Emily) was an absolute joy , she was attentive , engaging and a wonderful addition to the savoy ( only worked there for a number of weeks ) Thank you Wian for reaching out to me and enabling me to experience a lovely afternoon … had you not done this l would have been left with a disappointing experience and would never have returned again !

From the moment we pitched up, we were scooped up by the team and we felt like we were taken to another world Service levels are such a high bar - it will be very difficult for anywhere else to compare We were wedding guests at Michelle and Craig Robinson’s ceremony on 22 May Your team made this weekend a memorable experience. Amazing hotel and staff, we had an incredible time. Very well situated for the west end shows. The hotel is incredible and the staff second to none. We celebrated my 60th birthday 🎂, and what a great place to do it. They even sent me a hand made chocolate bar, above and beyond.

Very good service. We visited as a small group of friends for an occasion and drank in the bar. The senior staff ensured that we had the best possible service and we were well looked after ensuring that we want to go back and stay with them again.
